These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sponsorship of events organized by Tech Eco Hub Ltd ("Organiser"). By becoming a sponsor, you ("Sponsor") agree to the following terms:

1. Sponsorship Benefits & Obligations

1.1 Sponsorship benefits are outlined in the sponsorship agreement and may include branding, promotional opportunities, and other agreed-upon deliverables. 

1.2 The Sponsor must provide all necessary logos, advertisements, and other promotional materials in the required format by the specified deadline. 

1.3 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or remove any Sponsor materials that do not align with the event's theme, values, or legal requirements.

2. Use of Sponsor’s Name & Logo

2.1 By agreeing to sponsor, the Sponsor grants the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use its name, logo, and other promotional materials for event-related marketing and promotions. 

2.2 The Organiser may use Sponsor's branding in event programs, websites, social media, printed materials, and any other promotional channels.

3. Use of Images & Media Release

3.1 The Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that event images, videos, and other media may include Sponsor’s branding and may be used for promotional purposes by the Organiser. 

3.2 The Organiser retains full rights to use, edit, and distribute such media for social media, advertising, and future event promotions without further consent from the Sponsor.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Sponsorship fees must be paid in full by the due date specified in the sponsorship agreement.

4.2 Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of sponsorship benefits.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 All sponsorship fees are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by the Organiser. 5.2 If the Sponsor cancels participation for any reason, no refunds will be issued. 5.3 If the event is rescheduled, the sponsorship benefits will be transferred to the new date. No refunds will be given unless the Organiser fully cancels the event without rescheduling. 5.4 In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), the Organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify the event without liability for refunds or damages.

6. Liability & Indemnification

6.1 The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Sponsor’s participation in the event. 

6.2 The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses related to the sponsorship or event participation.

7. Governing Law

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

By submitting payment and participating as a Sponsor, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
